Family Automotive (Mobile Mechanic

I recently had Family Automotive (Mobile Mechanic) come to my home to service my Ford, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Cody and his team were prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They not only completed the requested repairs quickly and efficiently but also took the time to thoroughly explain the work in clear, easy to understand terms. What impressed me most was Cody’s attention to detail. In addition to fixing the main issue, he performed a visual inspection and used a high end, OE level diagnostic tablet to verify that everything was operating within factory specifications. He also checked for any potential future problems something you don’t always get with other shops. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of the work gives me full confidence it will last. I will definitely be using Family Automotive for all future repairs and maintenance. If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic, especially if your vehicle is roadside, not drivable, or you simply don’t have time to take it to a shop, I strongly recommend reaching out to them. Mobile service makes life so much easier. Call them for a quote you won’t be disappointed. Professio

Cody is very informative, transparent and fair. He was was responsive and immediately came to give me full service. I’m happy to have him as a family mechanic. I was referred by Auto Zone. Great opportunity to take so much stress off me by having to search around. Thank you Family Automotive!

Cody and his girls were absolutely Amazing!! Kept in communication with me up to the day of the appt. Price was reasonable. Fixed what was wrong in a timely manner, explained to me what caused the issue and made sure it was working before letting me leave in my vehicle. I would choose them a million times over and will be contacting them for any future work needed. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, who knows his stuff and isn't going to give you the run around, he's your guy!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service I had!!

I can’t say enough good things about Family Automotive. From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond to help me out. I came in needing a CV axle and lower control arm replacement, and the situation wasn’t easy—the CV axle I needed wasn’t in stock anywhere, and to make things more complicated, I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Instead of leaving me stuck, they immediately stepped in and worked with me to find a solution. By the very next day, they had sourced the correct CV axle with the extension and got it installed quickly and professionally. Yes, it cost a little more, but that was because it was the proper upgraded part, and the peace of mind knowing it was done right was absolutely worth it. What really stood out was how honest, patient, and committed they were to getting me a good deal while making sure my vehicle was safe and reliable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, not just the repair. If you’re looking for a shop that stands behind their work, communicates clearly, and goes the extra mile when things don’t go as planned, Family Automotive is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Truly a God send!! I picked up my vehicle from getting my car door fixed at a local auto repair shop, just to get 15 mins down the road and my car battery shut off in the middle of the road with my children in the car. Thankfully, Cody and his family were in the right place at the right time and sprung into action without hesitation. They went out of their way to pick up a new battery for me and replaced it. They were very thorough and made sure we were good to go. They went above and beyond and also brought my girls back treats while we waited. Wonderful, wonderful people and 10000% recommend doing business with them!! Thank you guys again!! The kindness you showed today is very rare to come by.
